  • 200 g Rice noodles
  • 200 g Tofu (firm)
  • 1 cup Bean sprouts
  • 3 tbsp Peanuts (crushed)
  • 2 tbsp Tamarind paste
  • 2 tbsp Fish sauce
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 2 piece Egg
  • 3 clove Garlic
  • 1 piece Lime
  • 2 tbsp Oil

Instructions

    Soak rice noodles in warm water until pliable.

    Mix tamarind paste, fish sauce, and sugar for the sauce.

    Fry tofu cubes until golden. Set aside.

    Add noodles and sauce. Toss until coated.
