  • 4 piece Potato (cubed)
  • 3 tbsp Poppy seeds
  • 3 piece Green chili
  • 3 tbsp Mustard oil
  • 0.5 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Nigella seeds

Instructions

    Soak poppy seeds in warm water for 30 minutes. Grind to a smooth paste.

    Heat mustard oil in a kadai. Add nigella seeds.

    Add cubed potatoes, turmeric, and salt. Fry for 5 minutes.

    Add poppy seed paste and slit green chilies.

    Add a splash of water. Cover and cook on low for 15 minutes.
