- 1 L Full-fat milk
- 0.5 cup Sugar
- 2 tbsp Yogurt culture

Boil milk and reduce by 1/4.

Caramelize sugar until golden amber. Carefully pour reduced milk into caramel.

Stir until caramel dissolves. Cool to lukewarm.
