  • 1 L Full-fat milk
  • 0.5 cup Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Yogurt culture

Instructions

    Boil milk and reduce by 1/4.

    Caramelize sugar until golden amber. Carefully pour reduced milk into caramel.

    Stir until caramel dissolves. Cool to lukewarm.

    Add yogurt culture. Pour into clay pots.

    Set in a warm place for 6-8 hours. Refrigerate.
