  • 1 piece Bitter gourd
  • 1 piece Potato
  • 1 piece Sweet potato
  • 1 piece Drumstick
  • 0.5 cup Milk
  • 1 tbsp Mustard paste
  • 1 tsp Panch phoron
  • 1 tbsp Ghee
  • 1 tsp Salt

Instructions

    Fry bitter gourd slices until crispy. Set aside.

    Temper panch phoron in ghee.

    Add all vegetables with a little water. Cook until tender.

    Add milk and mustard paste. Simmer 5 minutes.

    Serve as the first course of a Bengali meal.
