  • 2 cup Basmati rice
  • 2 cup Mixed vegetables
  • 2 piece Onion (fried)
  • 0.25 cup Yogurt
  • 2 tbsp Biryani masala
  • 1 pinch Saffron
  • 1 handful Mint
  • 2 tbsp Ghee
  • 1.5 tsp Salt

Instructions

    Parboil rice. Cook vegetables with yogurt and spices.

    Layer vegetables and rice alternately.

    Sprinkle saffron milk, mint, and fried onions.

    Seal and cook on dum for 25 minutes.
