- 2 cup Basmati rice
- 2 cup Mixed vegetables
- 2 piece Onion (fried)
- 0.25 cup Yogurt
- 2 tbsp Biryani masala
- 1 pinch Saffron
- 1 handful Mint
- 2 tbsp Ghee
- 1.5 tsp Salt

Parboil rice. Cook vegetables with yogurt and spices.
