  • 250 g Paneer (cubed)
  • 500 g Spinach
  • 1 piece Onion
  • 1 piece Tomato
  • 4 clove Garlic cloves
  • 2 piece Green chili
  • 2 tbsp Cream
  • 1 tsp Cumin seeds
  • 0.5 tsp Garam masala
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tsp Salt

    Blanch spinach in boiling water for 2 minutes. Transfer to ice water. Blend smooth.
