  • 2 cup Cooked rice
  • 1 piece Carrot (julienned)
  • 1 cup Spinach
  • 1 piece Zucchini
  • 1 cup Bean sprouts
  • 2 piece Egg
  • 2 tbsp Gochujang
  • 2 tsp Sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tsp Sesame seeds

Instructions

    Sautu00e9 each vegetable separately with a pinch of salt and sesame oil.

    Blanch spinach and bean sprouts. Season with soy sauce and sesame oil.

    Place rice in a bowl. Arrange vegetables in sections on top.

    Fry an egg sunny-side up. Place on top.
