- 1.5 cup Basmati rice
- 1.5 tsp Cumin seeds
- 1 tbsp Ghee
- 1 piece Bay leaf
- 1 tsp Salt
- 3 cup Water

Wash and soak rice for 20 minutes.

Heat ghee. Add cumin seeds and bay leaf. Sautu00e9 until fragrant.

Add drained rice. Stir 1 minute.

Add water and salt. Bring to boil.
