  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1.5 cup Marinara sauce
  • 1 cup Mozzarella
  • 2 piece Egg
  • 0.5 cup Flour
  • 3 tbsp Oil

Instructions

    Pound chicken breasts thin.

    Dredge in flour, dip in egg, coat with breadcrumbs mixed with parmesan.

    Pan-fry until golden on both sides.

    Place in baking dish. Top with marinara and mozzarella.
