  • 500 g Chicken
  • 4 piece Onion (sliced)
  • 2 piece Tomato
  • 0.25 cup Yogurt
  • 1 tbsp Ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tsp Red chili powder
  • 1 tsp Garam masala
  • 3 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tsp Salt

Instructions

    Fry half the onions until golden. Set aside.

    In same oil, add remaining onions and ginger-garlic paste. Cook soft.

    Add tomatoes and spices. Cook 5 minutes.

    Add chicken and yogurt. Cook covered 25 minutes.

    Add fried onions. Finish with garam masala.
