  • 500 g Chicken (boneless)
  • 0.5 cup Yogurt
  • 3 tbsp Butter
  • 0.25 cup Cream
  • 1 cup Tomato puree
  • 1 piece Onion (chopped)
  • 2 tbsp Ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tsp Garam masala
  • 1 tsp Red chili powder
  • 0.5 tsp Turmeric
  • 1 tbsp Kasuri methi
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Salt

Instructions

    Marinate chicken in yogurt, turmeric, chili powder, and salt for 2 hours.

    Grill or pan-fry marinated chicken until charred. Set aside.

    Melt butter. Sautu00e9 onion and ginger-garlic paste until golden.

    Add tomato puree, chili powder, and garam masala. Cook for 10 minutes.
