- 2 cup Rice
- 0.5 cup Urad dal
- 3 piece Potato (boiled)
- 1 piece Onion
- 1 tsp Mustard seeds
- 8 piece Curry leaves
- 0.5 tsp Turmeric
- 2 piece Green chili
- 3 tbsp Oil
- 1 tsp Salt

Soak rice and dal separately for 6 hours. Grind to a smooth batter. Ferment overnight.

For filling: temper mustard seeds and curry leaves. Add onion, turmeric, green chili, and mashed potato.

Spread thin batter on a hot tawa in a circle.

Drizzle oil. Cook until golden and crispy.

Place potato filling in center. Fold dosa.

Serve with coconut chutney and sambar.
