  • 2 cup All-purpose flour
  • 0.25 cup Yogurt
  • 1 tsp Yeast
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 0.5 tsp Salt
  • 3 tbsp Butter
  • 0.25 cup Milk

Instructions

    Activate yeast in warm milk with sugar.

    Mix flour, salt, yogurt, and yeast mixture. Knead 8 minutes.

    Cover and let rise for 1 hour.

    Divide into 6 balls. Roll into oval shapes.

    Cook on a very hot tava or in tandoor. Flip when bubbles form.
