  • 1 cup Milk powder
  • 0.25 cup Flour
  • 1 tbsp Ghee
  • 3 tbsp Milk
  • 0.25 tsp Baking soda
  • 1.5 cup Sugar
  • 1.5 cup Water
  • 3 piece Cardamom
  • 1 tsp Rose water
  • 2 cup Oil (for frying)

Instructions

    Mix milk powder, flour, ghee, baking soda. Add milk gradually to make a soft dough.

    Shape into small smooth balls (no cracks!).

    Make sugar syrup. Add cardamom and rose water. Keep warm.

    Fry balls on low heat until dark golden brown.

    Transfer to warm syrup. Let soak for 2 hours.

    Serve warm or at room temperature.
