- 500 g Chicken thighs (or pork)
- 8 piece Corn tortillas
- 1 cup Pineapple chunks
- 1 piece Onion (diced)
- 1 handful Cilantro
- 2 piece Lime
- 2 tbsp Achiote paste
- 3 clove Garlic
- 1 tsp Cumin

Blend achiote, garlic, cumin, and lime juice for marinade.
