  • 2 cup Chickpeas (soaked overnight)
  • 2 piece Onion
  • 2 piece Tomato
  • 1 tbsp Ginger-garlic paste
  • 2 tbsp Chole masala
  • 1 piece Tea bag
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tsp Salt

Instructions

    Pressure cook chickpeas with tea bag until tender. Discard tea bag.

    Sautu00e9 onions golden. Add ginger-garlic paste.

    Add tomatoes and chole masala. Cook until oil separates.

    Add chickpeas with cooking liquid. Simmer 20 minutes.

    Mash a few chickpeas for thickness. Serve with bhature or rice.
