  • 250 g Hakka noodles
  • 1 piece Carrot (julienned)
  • 1 cup Cabbage (shredded)
  • 1 piece Bell pepper
  • 3 piece Spring onion
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Chili sauce
  • 1 tsp Vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 0.5 tsp Salt

Instructions

    Boil noodles per package instructions. Drain and toss with a little oil.

    Heat oil in a wok on high heat.

    Add vegetables and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.

    Add soy sauce, chili sauce, and vinegar.

    Add noodles. Toss everything together on high heat.
