  • 300 g Paneer
  • 1 cup Tomato puree
  • 3 tbsp Butter
  • 0.25 cup Cream
  • 2 tbsp Cashew paste
  • 1 piece Onion
  • 1 tbsp Ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp Kasuri methi
  • 0.5 tsp Red chili powder
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Salt

Instructions

    Heat butter. Sautu00e9 onion and ginger-garlic paste.

    Add tomato puree, chili powder. Cook 10 minutes.

    Add cashew paste. Blend smooth if needed.

    Add paneer cubes. Simmer 10 minutes.

    Stir in cream, kasuri methi, and sugar.
