- 250 g Paneer (cubed)
- 500 g Spinach
- 1 piece Onion
- 1 piece Tomato
- 4 clove Garlic cloves
- 2 piece Green chili
- 2 tbsp Cream
- 1 tsp Cumin seeds
- 0.5 tsp Garam masala
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 1 tsp Salt

Blanch spinach in boiling water for 2 minutes. Transfer to ice water. Blend smooth.

Heat butter. Add cumin seeds, garlic, onion, and green chili. Sautu00e9.

Add tomato and cook until soft.

Add spinach puree. Season with salt and garam masala.
